Awesome little gadget.
What a giant convenience this little gadget is, I love it! I have the receiving end placed on an HDMI switch back where I don't want to see it but still need that functionality of being able to point the remote in that direction and change input channels between devices. I have a PS5, Roku Ultra 2020 and a region free Oppo Bluray player all connected to the switch and this little remote extender is perfect.It doesn't come with a wall plug but the USB end that powers it just plugs into a USB port on your TV and you place the receiving end directly on top of the IR window on the device you're trying to control with the attached sticky and then routed the other end wherever you need it to go and your able to control that device remotely (no pun intended).The only caveat I have with it is the sticky film on the receiving end that I place directly on top of the device I'm trying to control, it's not sticky enough so I just took a small strip of Gorilla tape and placed it over top of the receiving end and the switch and presto it's stuck to it.All-in all a nice little gadget.

Inexpensive fix for blocked TV sensor
I recently bought a Klipsch sound bar that replaced a smaller Samsung. The Klipsch is blocking the TV's remote sensor. This IR repeater was an inexpensive and easy fix for the problem. I just set the sensor on an open shelf below the TV and put the other end behind the sound bar under the TV sensor. Problem solved, it works great now.

Not as advertised. Short wires. Unusable
Not as advertised. Short wires, connections arranged to make most of the remaining wire unusable. So the whole thing is unusable

Works great, our chrismas tree was blocking the IR on the TV from one side. This took care of that

Did not work for me,
Did not work for me, i was using this kind of device first time, i thought i was doing something wrong, i returned this aftre a lot of struggle and got a different one which worked right away making my remote work from even the kitchen.

Good for the price but transmitter requires distance
Overall is good for the price. However, the transmitter (the part that goes inside the cabinet) requieres a certain distance from the device you want to control in order to work. This was a problem to me since there is limited space in the cabinet. I manage to find a way to set them apart as much as needed to work though but something to keep in mind.
