Love item but stopped charging after 4 months
This item was so good I bought 2, But after 4 months it stopped charging the seller did respond initially stating it will be replaced under warranty if I paid shipping but after 4 messages over approx 4 weeks I've had no response, which is a shame because the item is good, customer service is very poor

Solidly made and it works.
Very pleased. The lighter is wonderfully quirky looking (slightly steampunk) and works effectively. The wood effect is surprisingly realistic and the cap is a good, solid metal construction. I smoke 20 a day and it's never run out of charge. I like it 🙂

Best lighter on the market
Absolutely chuffed with this lighter, best one i have ever had. Have been asked plenty of times where it was purchased. No more running out of lighter fuel. The packaging made it look so much more expensive. Ideal present for someone.

Don't even try
So I ordered this product for my brother for Christmas what do I get? I get a light if it doesn't work it doesn't charge the light won't come on we've tried everything we actually brought it to someone to see if they could fix it and they said that there's nothing they could do. A load of rubbish order something else don't waste your money on this wish I returned it but I always get to anxious to return things.
