I bought this for my 09 2nd Gen Tacoma. Install was very easy except for breaking a couple plastic clips which was honestly expected. I haven't had many complaints at all about the sound quality from my end. A few times now I've noticed an issue if I'm talking to someone else that's using their hands free calling in their car, there will be a lot of interference and just sounds horrible. But besides that I'm very happy with this mic, completely recommend.

Perfect replacement for my Pioneer Microphone.
This mic actually sounds better than the Pioneer mic that came with my Pioneer head unit... it was lost when the vehicle it was in was totaled but the head unit was saved. The wind screen is a very nice addition too.. it works great in the jeep wrangler that replaced the wrecked truck. No static in this one.. i had a cheap one first but the connector caused static.. this one seems to have good quality cable and connectors. Works just fine!

Easy and Great
Needed a microphone for my Pioneer WT8600Nex stereo and worked flawlessly, audio quality is really good and install was as easy as a simple puzzle.

Great microphone for car
Microphone comes across clearly. Perfect fit for pioneer head unit. Also it was like 10-12 feet long so you could mount anywhere you want while having enough cable to hide behind trim.
