ConsistentLaptop HDD 320GB, 8MB Cache 5400RPM, SATA 3.0Gb/s 2.5

I needed this HDD ,So, urgently. When I received it,it was not working at all. I am very disappointed with seller. He should check his items before selling. I never recommend buying anything from him. I have no time to return this HDD. Please don't buy anything from this seller. Worst product.

I have dell inspiron 300, i3, 3542 model. Laptop started causing troubles when started becoming slow. I initially assumed it to be software issue due to virus. But to my surprise, did hardware diagnostic and found hard drive faulty. I never changed any component since purchase. Followed you tube videos & opened hard drive compartment. Checked Seagate specifications 1TB ,2.5 ", SATA 5400 RPM . But after reading Amazon reviews about used hard drive, made mind not to purchase Seagate . Started looking for other company with same specifications, I found consistent providing same spec. Though bit skeptical on compatibility with laptop, I took my bet and ordered it. Assembled it on receipt on laptop, ran diagnostics( long one), found ok. With bootable USB, changed boot sequence and there you go. Windows 10 installation screen appeared, and rest is history. Think, through DIY, saved quite a few thousands & mental trauma by not visiting local repair shops. Hope it helps other users too.
