Has a strong taste
I would order this product again. But it did take getting used to the taste. It doesn't taste like butter as you would expect if you haven't used ghee before. My son hated everything I used it in. I came around to the taste after a couple of uses.

Very good cooking oil
This is difficult to find in my local shops, so I buy it here. Good value cooking oil, much better than the highly processed vegetable oils.

Clarified Butter .
I have used this brand many times over the years and I find it to be of good quality . But it is what it is and I keep it in the fridge when not in use . I use it mainly for curries but have used for frying as well .

This is the perfect Ghee. Saves me time making my own. Has the best taste. Good for cooking and coffee. Great value too

No lid on the item
No lid on the tin, it has a metal pull top, once opened I have no way to seal the tin. Not ideal at all.
