Fast. Gives the first reading within a few seconds, sometimes updates (changes) it in another second or two.Seems to read a bit low (2 digits) compared with 2 other finger oximeters, when saturation is high (96% or better) but it reads within 1 point of the others in the 90 - 93 range.It is consistent. Turn it off, then back on, and you get the same reading if your body is in the same state.
