I got this for a friend. They love it. This company in general I love. Healthy ingredients. You will have fishy burps. So if you don't like the smell when you burp fish then I don't recommend. Haha!! But if you are willing to be ok just for the few burps you do get. Then it's alright.

This is what I take to lower my cholesterol, which was slightly elevated. Doctors wanted me to take cholesterol lowering meds, but I rejected that idea. This is working fine for me.

Adequate value for the money.

It didn't make me burp funny. It takes a long time to improve vit D levels and everything else in your body chemistry has to be right.. so I didn't expect much, and my expectations were met. I'm buying more because I need the supplement and this has no negative repercussions. Just consult your trusted healthcare provider for proper dosing. Do testing, see where you are, what's going on, etc. This is just 1 piece of a complicated puzzle.

I wanted a dark bottle for quality of product. I have experienced no aftertaste. I use for my eyes, heart . I use this product for consumption instead of drops I can purchase over the counter. This is a repurchase and I am going to stay with this one now.

I have been taking these cod liver oil pills for months. I use them as a natural blood thinner and for extra vitamins. I have been very satisfied. They are also small and easy to swallow !

After reading a newspaper article about research done in England using cod-liver oil in 2001 which I found between hip replacement surgeries. Figured it couldn't hurt me. I went looking for a 1200 IU dosage recommended to improve knee problems after the research was tabulated. At that time, it was hard to find but Solgar came to the rescue and I have taken these daily (unless I get lazy :) ). What I can say is that if I don't take it for a couple of week, my knees hurt when I go up the 19 stairs at the gym! AND they don't hurt when I take them.
