Fragile and low quality
I always use this hand chopper for years to save time. And this time, I chose to buy from Pigeon 650ml Green Hand chopper on Apr 20th, thought it will last longer. After using it for a week, I feel the string function is so fragile and low quality and stopped working. Registered a ticket with customer service and showed it to the authorized service centre. The technician teaching me that this hand chopper is meant to be used only for onions, nothing else. He does not have any spare part of the lid to be replaced. The product specification clearly says it is used to chop vegetables and fruits. Then why service centres having varying comment and have required parts available. When tried to speak to technician again, he advises and crossselling ultra chopper. Wow.

Best way to choose as per your requirement: 1) if you want to chop 2 medium size of tomatoes/ onions at a time then go with 400ml size.. 2) if you want to chop 4 medium size of tomatoes/ onions at a time then go with 600ml size.. Overall product performance was good..👌
