This is the only eyeliner so far that stays on. I have dozens that I have tried and they all wipe off at some point. I prep my eyes properly and through a long day at work I get home and notice the smears. This one does not do that. The price hurts a bit but for the long lasting effect it is so worth it.I have hazel eyes and the brown is just the right shade. Accents them nicely.

I’m an Urban Decay product fan and this eye liner pencil lives up to their other products. Very creamy. Doesn’t smear and the pencil itself fits in your hand well. Lots of colors but I chose whiskey. Not brown but the color of a glass of whiskey. This eye liner is my favorite and at long last I’ve found an eyeliner I plan to stick with. Important to buy the Urban Decay sharpener. The tip of the pencil is a hard one and I don’t think other sharpeners would work. The sharpener is a very good one too.

This is a great eyeliner pencil. It stays on the whole entire day. It is really quite wonderfu comes in several colors Best Partise at last all day for a great price

I have a collection of eyeliners that are a complete failure. Many are big name cosmetic brands I willingly paid too much for, assured they would work. When I bought my first Urban Decay item, the eyeliner pencil, I was still skeptical. But after using it for several days, I am convinced it is a great product. It does not irritate my eyes and goes on very nicely. I do have to touch it up a tiny bit in places throughout the day. On someone else, maybe that isn't necessary. I just ordered a second pencil to keep in my purse, and my collection of eyeliners is now down to one simple brand. Try it.

I like to use eyeliner on my water line top and bottom. I used this eyeliner and after three hours, it had bled/run off of my lower waterline and into the corner of my eyes on both sides. I had to wipe it off of my skin. Just like the cheap Dollar General eyeliners. Except I can say that it did not bleed out as much as the cheap versions did. But it absolutely was noticeable, and I would have to clean the makeup off of my face from it. So no. It does not stay. And to be honest? Kind of pissed off I spent $30 on a freaking eyeliner thinking it might do what it says it’s going to do. I gave it three stars though because like I said it was maybe 50% better than the $3 brand i used to use.**update** this stuff is SOFT. like the tip breaks easily. smudges down gone easily. i use it on my water line only maybe every 2 days. after alittle over a month its almost halfway gone. you have to sharpen it. often. and if you sharpen just barely too far the tip falls apart or the lid completely smashed it gone when you recap it. it runs LESS then the cheap brands. but still runs. bottom water line no longer has the liner on it by third hour.

I love this color of this eyeliner. It's very neutral and gives a subtle look. I really like it a lot.

Update: I must update my review of this product from 1 to 4 stars. I still believe something about it has changed, but my 1 star review was not fair. I regularly clean all of my cosmetic tools, but noticed that my Urban Decay sharpener had a little buildup in it that I hadn't noticed, since makeup is applied without glasses on! It's not that old, but I took the time to clean it very well. The Urban Decay eyeliner now sharpens much better and doesn't have all of the little sharp wood at the tip. I am finding it to be much better overall! This pencil is soft and will create a mess inside your sharpener, so make sure you clean it often! Sorry Urban Decay!!I have been using this Urban Decay eyeliner for years. Once I figured out that the Urban Decay sharpener is the only one that sharpened it right, I loved it! The last 2 that I've bought on Amazon are total garbage. They will not sharpen right and the eyeliner just cracks and falls out, with the wood splintering in every direction. I'm going to buy one elsewhere for comparison because something is not right here!
