I don't know how this works but it does. I hope they are not hiding laxative ingredient. None of the ingredients listed on the bottle should technically promote regularity but they certainly do in this case.I saw this recommended on facebook and because I was desperate I purchased one bottle. Well..I still have most of it and I just got another one in case they run out of something. This stuff WORKS. It works fast and it works well. The only thing....expensive. But again I bough gimmicky "regularity supplements" before and they didn't work nearly as well as this one. It cannot be pro-biotic alone because I have taken variety before and they didn't do anything. I would love to know how this stuff is so good.

It was 5:03am, and my alarm just tore me out of bed.I stumble through the dark, and head towards the cabinet for my morning pill routine.I know where all the bottles are, so in the dark I grab what I need, drink the handful of pills down with a swig of water...And head for the shower.I'm driving into work, and can feel the morning poo knocking at the door.It's being a little impatient this morning... not sure why?I slam the car into park at the work parking lot -- this monster needs to come out NOW.I look like a penguin on caffeine racing across the parking lot. My feet can't spread any more than 6 inches apart, or I'll risk repeating my 3rd grade horror story again.I'm pale, and I'm sweating like a water faucet. Will I make it?POP!...THUNK!I'm on the can, and I lay back like I'm in a lazy boy lounge chair.I made it.The moral of the story?Don't confuse your vitamins with these rocket poop boosters.Do they work as a probiotic? No idea -- but they keep me regular AF, so there's that.

Been using this for a a couple of years and this in conjunction with another Pancreatin capsule that I get on Amazon has given me back the ability to digest about anything I care to eat.. Combination of aging and Diabetes seems to have reduced my ability to produce all the enzymes needed for diegetsion... So man Probiotics do not COntain "Pancreatin" And don't even mention it .. According to my reading about 1 out of 5 type 2 Diabetes Patients do not produce enough Pancreatin... IF you don't produce enough you will know it because you will have trouble digrdting anything,...

Honestly these pills was so smelly I couldn't take them, just couldn't go down my throat, the smell was too much

I got these because someone recommended it would help with my gut health after my gallbladder was removed. So far it has helped regulate me and make me feel far less bloated. The product arrived fast and was well packaged. If you are in need of some tummy regulation this is a good buy.

Been using this product for almost a month now. Have not experienced any discomfort during the use of the probiotic. I have used other brands and my stomach always felt off but not with this one! The smell is a little strong but got past that after a few uses.
