I don't understand how the other reviewer didn't noticed a change. Someone has to be either really big or have a really big appetite to not have noticed a difference. I am a female in my late 20's, 5.9" and weighs 124lbs. I am thin but I still need a little improvement, plus I needed the energy. I suffer from extreme adrenal fatigue and my body can't handle caffeine, sugar or anything synthetic. I have barely enough energy to ever work out and my blood pressure drops whenever I go from a seated to standing position. I have been taking these 2 times a day, roughly 30 mins to an hour before a meal. Not only do they completely curb my appetite, they also help give me energy without giving me a crash or making my fatigue worse. I could go a few hours without eating and not even think about it with these. I notice this difference the most since my adrenals cause me to crave salty fatty foods all the time. I take two each dose. It's definitely not a placebo effect... I don't weigh myself regularly, but my body just looks a bit smaller. Clothes are a little bigger and I'm more toned. They do give me energy so I do work out briefly for about 15 to 20 minutes every other day... And if you suffer from adrenal fatigue, you'll know that's a lot! Try it. It works for me and I'm a tough case.Update:I originally was buying bottles of this stuff from the actual "Vitamin Shoppe" in my area and that is what I recommend for you to do as well. Once I ordered this batch from amazon, I noticed I wasn't feeling the effects as well and thought maybe it was just in my head. Once that bottle was running out, I headed over to my local Vitamin Shoppe and purchased another bottle. Just after that first single dose, I got hit with the energy and surpressed appetite feeling that I used to get with all the other bottles originally. I don't know if its much more potent because its from the actual store and maybe the online seller has old batches... I don't know. But all I do know is this stuff works and I've lost a few pounds just in this past week from taking the "good" batch. So definitely try it out... But DO buy it from the Vitamin Shoppe or another big name vitamin supply shop. If you don't have a vitamin shoppe near you, order from vitaminshoppe.com. It really does work! I didn't change the 5 star rating because the product itself (when bought directly from the store and is trusted) is amazing!

So i just wanna post a review to let you guys know that this product works. Trust me i was skeptical at first as well but i thought i'd give it a try after reading the reviews. And now i want to share my experience with this pills to help other consumers decide as well. So i ordered my first 2 bottles last month and started taking it right away, i followed the instructions by taking 2 capsules 3 time a day 30 minutes (minimum) before each meal. Before i started taking this i weighed 187.2 lbs. After one week i lost 2.2 lbs and then on the 3rd week i lost another pound. Right now i'm currently weighing 184.0 lbs. I lost 3.2 lbs in just 3 weeks with no excercise at all but ofcourse i also had to cut my excessive addiction to sweets haha i bet i could have dropped down alot more if i just had excercised. I just started popping my 2nd bottle and i also just ordered another bottle today. I love this product.
