Q: The little section with the spring collects food and can’t be cleaned. Is there a way to clean it out? It gets grungy in there

I found that there were a couple of areas on the attachments that were difficult to fully clean too. Then I used some cleaning bleach as a soak. Left it sit for several hours and then rinsed throughly with hot water. Everything is clean again. Also try a discarded toothbrush.

Q: I purchased my ninja in july 2021 and the gray gasket on the splash guard split into. can i purchase just the gasket instead of the splash guard?

Unfortunately, we do not have the gasket only available, sorry

Q: Has anyone actually tried to replace a QB1004 powerhead with this?

I have had my Ninja for more than five years and have not yet to replace the power head. Personally, I love the Ninja and would not hesitate to replace that part. I have replaced the mini container and the blades once. Ninja is high quality and Amazon offers great service.
