Harry Potter Deluxe Harry Costume for Boys

I ordered the Harry Potter Deluxe Costume for my 9-year-old, and he absolutely loved it! The costume even came with the jumper, which was a nice bonus. For the cost, this is a great value—the build quality is pretty good and looks authentic enough for any Harry Potter fan. I ordered one size bigger to accommodate sweatshirts and pants underneath since it was freezing in our area, and that worked perfectly. I would say the sizing runs true to size, so if you need extra layering, go up one size. Overall, this was a hit and made my son’s day. Highly recommended for any young wizard! Great costume and my son absolutely loves it. Fit was pretty much spot on. The robe is decently durable but the material for the clothing is just your average costume material. But I would definitely recommend to any harry potter lover

High quality my 11 year old is 4ft11in the fit was perfect the fabric will last years which I can't say for the others. The reason I am writing this review is because I was impressed with the costume!

My son is 4”7, 66lbs fit him perfectly. I ordered a size L 10-12. The sweater pants and tie is all one piece. Velcro in the back made very well. You can’t tell that it’s a one piece the cape coat thing is another piece very well-made and looks so cool. Class in the front. My Son loves his costume!

My son’s classroom had a book character day at school and what better character than Harry Potter? This dress up comes with a comfortable, single piece outfit that Velcro’s in the back and is easy to get on and off. The cape is really very cool, the hood has a unique design that sets it apart from other costumes I looked at. This does NOT come with a scarf, wand or glasses, I purchased them separately. The sizing was a little off for my child, I purchased a small for my 5 year old (he is on the smaller side) but it still was a little big. I pinned the cuffs and hems but for me that just means he won’t outgrow it fast and can wear it more over the years and we get more uses out of it, stretching the value for the cost. My son did end up wearing this costume as well for Halloween and the biggest fault I can see is that when the hems of the cloak dragged on the ground, they did not hold up very well, they shred a little and picked up debris. I also needed to wash some candy from both garments and all I did was soak them in a bucket with mild detergent for a day, rinse with cool water and layed them out to dry.

This Harry Potter robe was the perfect centerpiece for our costume. The fit is great, lightweight enough for kids to move comfortably, and the Gryffindor house patch gives it an authentic look. The material feels soft and flexible, not stiff or itchy, so it was easy to wear while running around outside trick-or-treating. We bought the glasses, tie, scar, and wand separately, but even on its own, the robe already looks very real and recognizable. The length and sleeves are dramatic without being awkward, and it flows beautifully when walking — just like a real wizard cloak should. It held up well through hours of Halloween excitement, and we’ll definitely be using it again for school events, book character day, or just pretend play at home. For any young Harry Potter fan, this robe is a must-have piece. Highly recommend — magic guaranteed. 🪄✨

I had read the reviews but was not too clear on what some meant by the costume having 2 parts—a robe and a jumpsuit. It had me wondering- Was the junpsuit attached to the robe? What did it look like? Would it be too warm? But I purchased it anyway as the price was attractive enough for a good robe. So yes, there are 2 parts to this costume. I’m including a pic so it’s clearer to those considering this. The jumpsuit is made of light material (standard costume fare, like super hero jumpsuits). It has a stiff collar, but the rest are of soft material; comes in long sleeves and long pants. Closure is via 3 velcro patches at the back. The robe is a little thicker and the hood and part of the top is lined with maroon fabric. The top of the robe is secured via a velcro patch. It has a printed Gryffindor patch sewn on the left side. My son is 10, about 56inches tall and weighs about 70+ lbs. This fit him a little loose but he’s perfectly fine with that. In fact, he’s super happy with it. It also arrived quick-- the day after we ordered.

This costume is amazing. It's made with the cape - shirt, sweater, tie together, and the pants. All in one piece. Perfect fit and great quality. Bought the wand and glasses extra and he was good to go! Quick delivery also!

Lo pedí para mi hijo de 7 años y está increíble. Se siente de mucho mejor calidad que otros disfraces y creo que le quedará un par de años más. La capa en especial es muy linda y el jumpsuit de abajo da la ilusión perfecta del uniforme de Hogwarts sin ser incomodo. Perfecto para los fans de Harry este Halloween!!

This was advertised as the full costume including the shirt, tie, pants look under the robe. Only the robe was included. Not what we ordered or were expecting. Not as advertised.
