Love the set, loved the banneton

This basket is advertised as including a "book of recipes" but in actuality it is a small print fold-out of a few recipes, not a book. The cover for the basket is not made of non-shrinkable cloth and has shrunk considerably after one wash. The razor included in this group has been used twice and has shown signs of discoloration on several parts of the blade, sort of like a rust mark. I would not recommend this.

This is great! It is beautiful! Great quality of the banneton wood and also for the products that comes with it!They are wrapped individually so make sure that you take them all out of the bag.There is also a recipe book with 6 recipes. For Yeast as well and not just for sourdough as most people use.It is a great gift for people that loves to bake or want to start and I bought it as a wonderful gift for me (:

This proofing basket is very good. It held up well for me making several sourdough loaves, with different flours. I also put it in the fridge for cold proofing and it seemed to work fine. The fabric would get a little stiff if it gets moisture , but it doesn't effect the quality of the bread or proofing. The size is good for under 1kg dough loaves, more than that and I believe it will overflow if still bulking.

This is great!I started making home made breads due to COVID like a lot of people and when I got this it makes my life so much easier! It’s simply and perfect size for breads!

I recently received my proofing basket and can't wait to use it! The basket is very sturdy and the liner is a durable fabric. It even came with a booklet of delicious recipes. I don't think you will be able to find such a high quality product for the price. I highly suggest this proofing basket by Caesar Bread!

This is the second I brought this bland. I brought the round one first and like it so much. It has no odour smell and the basket is nicely made and the material is clean without any marks or discoloured.I like the brush and the scraper. However the bread lame is blunt only after a couple of use.I have used the basket cloth couple of time which is great still stay in shape after washing. Now I prefer use without it as I like the cane patterns on the dough as you can see in the 2nd and 3th photos which is great and makes the bread more attractive!The Le Creuset Casserole that I am using is a round 28cm.

Blade of the lame that came with it became rusty after 2 uses. It doesn’t score well. Basket is ok
