Sleep Yoga Multi-position Body Pillow - Chiropractor-designed Pillow to Improve Posture, Flexibility, and Sleep Quality

I have bought 2 of these pillows in the last 5-6 years. The second one was not as firm as the original but that is fine with me. The only thing I would change about this pillow is I would make it slightly bigger maybe inch one two rounder or come in different sizes as people are different sizes. I have tried several other brands and they are usual too big and bulky.I have several of Sleep Yoga products and this is the only one I continue to use and will continue to use.

First, I didn't receive this product for free. With the pillow case(s) that I had to purchase elsewhere, I spent a pretty dollar that I normally wouldn't spend on a pillow. That said, I have to admit that I love it. I have numerous back and neck issues and I'm a heavy duty slide sleeper. I've been using for years different brands of ergonomic foam pillows that were supposed to give my neck support (I have a natural fusion on C4/C5). Lately however I've noticed that I don't sleep well and that I constantly have a sore spot on one side of my neck. On top of that, I was tired of my knees knocking into each other every time I sleep on my side. I had a big body pillow before, but it turned out to be too heavy and bulky. I think that the 3 pillow concept is great and although I'm tall (5'8) I can comfortably fit one pillow between my legs, one in front of me and the last under my neck. At first I was worried that the pillow would be too soft to give me enough support, but since I got it, I've been sleeping like a baby. I can turn from one side to the other without really waking up, and although I'm a light sleeper I don't wake up to every little sound as before. As someone who needs their sleep (I get up at 5.15am for work) this was a blessing. The pillow is so far keeping it's shape and although it's not super firm it seems to give me just enough support. I give it 4 stars as for this price the pillowcases should be included or the pillow itself should be $15-20 cheaper when sold on its own. The pillowcases are not the great quality either, and even after couple of washes are still on the rough side, so I'll have some custom made. Overall a very good product that I would recommend.

I purchased this body pillow with my upcoming mastectomy in mind. I have been very impressed with it. First of all, it arrived very quickly and was ready to use right out of the box- no waiting for smells to go away or for product to poof up. The cylinder shape does not take up much room on our queen size bed- My husband, dog, and I are quite comfortable. I love the segmented pillow that allows me to put the pillow into positions that stay put. For sleeping, it works great as a support as well as a comfy barrier to keep from getting bumped in the night. The pillow can easily be repositioned to form an armrest/ backrest pillow in bed. The pillow has just the right amount of filling that I can easily fit it into the living room chair. The stuffing is very soft, yet very supportive. There is no need to re fluff to stay comfortable. I love that it is very light to carry. It travels with me throughout the day from bedroom to living room. I did not buy a cover for it, but the care instructions seem easy (machine wash). I would buy this again for myself and as a gift for someone.

Yes it took me a long time to write a review but i'm glad i waited. When i first made the purchase i bought it to replace my bolster pillow and it was fine. But now i have been hampered by arthritis in my knee and my physican suggested that i sleep with a pillow between my legs because i'm a side sleeper, to relieve the weight on my knee , when i sleep. At first i use a regular foam pillow and it had to be adjusted every time i moved. Then i realized all i had to do is just take the last bolster that was connected and use that. And every time i moved it was easy to adjust because they were connected and i did not have to fumble around to find the pillow. Its light weight and comfortable. Although i did not intentionally buy it for this purpose im glad i had it on hand.

This is the best pillow to cuddle with for your whole body. The only problem is that I ordered a set of the cushion covers and there were only two instead of three. I think if you have a sewing machine and some elastic you could make your own covers since they are expensive too and quite hard to put on.

The covers are not perfect fit but fit well enough to put them on with ease and take them off with ease and if you wash in cold, as the label says you should, it will not shrink. I use it up side down actually to get a spine support so the middle pillow is under my butt and I find the whole set just perfect. In fact, when I went for a small family vacation, I packed this up and took it with me. I highly recommend it. Really soft and very comfortable--and the connecting spots are pretty darn strong given how I use it and it has my weight init the most. I love it and if it ever comes apart, I will get another.

Great pillow to use while pregnant! I wanted a supportive pillow for side sleeping that would support my head, legs, and back. This pillow wasn’t bulky and didn’t take the entire bed up like many pregnancy pillows on the market.
