Heavy duty and quality
This is HEAVY. It’s amazing, it ground the spices with easy and is quite sturdy. The pestle feels great in the hand and is a pleasure to work with.The garlic peeler was a pleasant surprise but in all honesty, I don’t know how to use it properly yet.It’s very very easy to clean and keep up with and looks really cute as a counter decoration when not in use.

This mortar and pestle by far is one of the best I've had in quality, size, and price. It does a great job at quickly pulverizing food and herbs. The only thing I disliked about the mortar was that it was very rough inside and gritty, so a conditioning is required before first use. Other then that this mortar and pestle set does a great job.

Heavy-duty, perfect size and good fit for my hands
This is exactly what I was looking for. I can mash up two entire bulbs of garlic easily and not worry about spilling over. Easy to clean.

Excelente precio y usabilidad. Yo buscaba un mortero de granito natural por el look artesanal y porque el material no se desgasta tanto con la fricción como puede ocurrir con el mármol; los molcajetes de piedra volcánica suelen tener una porosidad que siento que pueden limitar la finura de la molienda (por ejemplo para hacer canela, especias o chiles secos en polvo fino). Sugiero moler arroz y lavarlo antes de usarlo por primera vez.El tamaño es perfecto y el diseño es muy bonito y moderno. El pistilo, maja o temolote es muy bueno. Además ncluye un aditamento para pelar ajos. Hasta ahora me parece excelente producto y creo que durará por muchos años así.
