This is a wonderful product at a great priceThe one thing that is not up to par is the instructions. Two issues here, first the text is so small that I had to find a way to magnify it just to read it. The second issue is that the instructions read like they were written by someone that does not speak English and was then translated. The instructions are not straight forwardI bought this scale to replace my old counting scale that finally bit the dust.This scale is faster and more accurate than my old one. I had hesitated because of the price, now I am glad that I tool the plunge instead of buying one of the cheap plastic scales

I purchased this as a gift. At first we were intimidated by it's size and stature, however, it is now our best friend. We brags about it's accuracy and ease. The weights are steady and do not bounce up and down like other scales. works with AA batteries and a plug. Definitely worth the investment.

Love the accuracy and capacity of this scale. Unfortunately, finding a level counter in an old kitchen was a chore! I rigged up a small table, with wedges of paper under a couple of legs, to get the level surface required on which to put this scale.

Love this scale! I've been looking for a decent not too expensive scale that can weigh a decent amount of weight. This scale is it! Easy to use, bright and has levels for adjustment. I'll be buying a few more of these!

It appears as if the metal plate (stainless) is rusting after 1 month of medium useage. There are a few spots that appear to be rust (as they do not wipe away on the plate. At least it is removeable; however, this shouldn't be occurring. .On top of that there is a small drift in the weight if you keep a small weight on it for some time. At low weights i have seen it shift almost 1 g of the course of 1 hour. It starts off small, but it grows over time.Add to that the fact that if kept powered up for a while it freezes or some other weird event occurs ( the issue seem to change) and requires to unplug and replug in the device to reset and clear it. (power on/off button doesn't clear it.)If this was a $20-30 item I would be ok with these issues; however, for a $100 device at the time I purchased this is unacceptable.

Great scale that measures down to a 10th of a gram, which is useful for small quantities of spices in our recipes. Very responsive customer service. I encountered a problem, and they resolved it amazingly quickly.

We need a scale that has many conversions for our small business. We thought this would be perfect! However, it was not calibrated properly and said that 5 grams was equal to 14,768 pounds!!! Then their card said "contact us first!" if there is a problem. We tried 3 times - no response. We were fortunate that Amazon was gracious enough to take the scale back!

De momento es precisa y va bien. Me gusta el tamaño. Ahora sólo falta esperar a que pase un tiempo y ver si la calidad es buena o no.
