Microplane Gourmet Series Hard Cheese Grater (Fine, Black)

Fabulous grater recommended by Cook's Illustrated. It has heft which makes it super easy to control, makes zesting a breeze and avoids lemon pith. Highly recommend this grater for zesting fruit and shredding hard cheese, Very smooth.

A well-made product from Microplane. Arrived intact in new packaging. Works grate! (ha-ha). Comes in very handy for zesting lemons/oranges, grating garlic and ginger. Haven't tried grating Parmesan cheese yet but will use it for that too. The protective cover is nice too being how sharp the grating teeth are.

These are absolutely solid and super sharp. I love them and use them almost daily. Slices through the hardest cheese easily.

I recently replaced my decades old narrow Microplane grater to this one and I am so happy I did. Makes grating obscene amounts of Parmesan a breeze. Zesting citrus and grating spices are a snap.
