Great binoculars plus, Steiner gives excellent warranty repair service.
This is a high quality optical product. Even so, the focus wheel on mine broke after 22 months. Steiner honored its warranty, repaired the binoculars in a few days and shipped them back at no cost to me.

Met all our expectations
Was concerned if the 10x42 would be too wobbly to hand-hold but it’s totally fine. Use it for coaching outrigger canoe practices and races — met all my expectations — cuts glare — can see clearly far. Foldable eye cups are great for diversity of use with or without glasses. Extremely happy with this purchase. My athletes were surprised how far out I can see what they’re doing. Have only used it one season so I cannot speak to long term durability but so far so good ! Very happy.

It was shipped from JAPAN
It came from Japan and it seems it was assembled there from German parts. A great combination , don't have to question the quality . I was worried that it's Chinese because of the low cost for a Steiner . Image is crystal clear. Seller was fast , arrived way before predicted delivery day.

Great purchase just poor quality in the clips for the strap!
Very happy with the binoculars, but unfortunately the 1 hook for the strap broke when I clipped it on. Its bad that you purchase such a good quality set of binoculars and then they add such a poor quality clip on the strap. Please let me know if there is a way I can get the strap replaced. Other than that the binoculars are great, very clear easy to adjust and focus and I am very happy that I bought them.
