Lots of Ice in a Small Space
I love these ice cube trays. The ice maker in my fridge stopped working (probably long before I moved into my house) and I used to just buy bags of ice on my way home from work to empty into the ice drawer. This has ceased to be viable because the store has shorter hours these days. So I got these. They make a lot of ice, don't take up as much space as more traditional trays. I set them in the back corner of the ice drawer. As long as I always leave at least one in that space, it keeps a place amid the made ice for the whole tray stack. And it leaves me a tray of emergency ice if I run out from not keeping up with making it.Pros: They're easy to fill, and with the lids I don't have to worry about dribbling water everywhere as I load them into the freezer. And again, they make a lot of ice without taking up very much space.Cons: Many other reviewers complain of the trays being flimsy and highly breakable. While I agree that the trays have an insubstantial and even a faintly flimsy feel to them, they way they work, there should be no reason to break them. You can't, nor do you really need to treat them as aggressively as you would more traditional ice cube trays (which I suspect these people are doing)Tips for use: Don't overfill them; remember water expands as it freezes. Slightly under fill them; if you see a mass of water joining the cube compartments after you put the lid on, take the lid off and spill some water out. Don't aggressively bend, twist, or smash the tray on the counter like you might a more traditional tray; gentle flexing, or a lighter firm tap are sufficient. Let the trays sit out a minute before attempting removal. These trays are made to let you push the ice out by pressing gently on the silicone butts of the individual cube cells, and it works really well. As long as you have a modicum of patience, and don't attempt to forcibly remove the cubes by torturing the tray, there shouldn't be any reason for it to break from normal use.

Great functionality, poor durability.
I really like the trays and find them easy to use, however, after just a few uses, the silicone has separated from the plastic in one if the compartments.Functionally, their great! I found overfilling, or even filling to the top of each compartment, made cube removal significantly more difficult, but when filled a bit below the top, removal is quite easy. I wait 4-5 minutes after removing from the freezer, then flip them over, slightly bend backwards (not twisting), then push on a silicone back of the cube compartment with my thumbs, and out they come. The colored trays are easier to fill than the 1 all white tray I received because it’s easier to see how full it is, but I might just be filling them in the part of the kitchen that has poor lighting.I have continued to use them, despite the one damaged compartment, and have not incurred any additional damage.

I cracked two of my new ice cube trays on the first try!
Well, I love the idea of being able to push the ice cube out of the tray, rather than having to go through the whole twist, twist, “$&@#!!! They’re still stuck in the tray!” annoyance. However, that being said, I’ve already cracked TWO of the trays trying to get the cubes out. They’re so completely frozen that the little silicone cup won’t push the cube out unless I leave the trays out on the counter for a few minutes. Then I can flip them over and pop out the ice cubes. All in all, they’re a solid 3 star product. I don’t hate them, but I don’t love them. Then again, they’re ice cube trays, so...

Perfect for freezing baby food
I bought these for freezing homemade baby food. The cubes are a nice size, not too big or small. I think they're about 2Tbsp each. I let them sit at room temp for a few minutes before popping out the cubes. It's super easy, I can pop them right into a freezer bag. Barely any mess, no need to run hot water over them. Easy to clean if you use a brush, but not too difficult with a sponge. They feel fairly sturdy, I think they'll hold up for quite a while. Overall a great purchase.

easy to use....
These ice making trays do pretty much what the seller claims they do, but take a little bit of push to get them out if one does not wait for at least a minute. (not 45 seconds). Our ice maker broke and the Fridge had a few other problems which would have been too expensive to repair on a 15 year old Refrigerator Freezer, so a new one is coming this week. But we will get to use the old one in the garage and will therefore continue to use the icemaking trays for some time to come . I would recommend the product.

ice cubes
I love these little cube trays...let them sit for about 120 secs or so...DO NOT Run water over them...give a twist and walaa...do not over fill...they are the perfect size for our fridge Ice dispenser...we do not have a water supply to the fridge..so I make my own...these things are the perfect size to fit thru the dispenser...have patience...they are a little more cumbersome than regular ice cube trays...but well worth it...love the lids..makes them stackable and keeps the 'freezer' sell out …

Pieces of - returned cheap quality lids don’t fit
Horrible. The lids don’t fit. At all. Very inconvenient and poor quality. I needed to make a lot but these just hard NO. The lids are completely worthless. Also left on counter 5 minutes to start to melt to dump into ice bin. Waste of time. Get the 100% silicone ones. These are cheap crap. I use now 100% silicone ones I got at Walmart. They freeze faster. I don’t have to worry aboutWaitingCrackingLids not fittingAnd I SAVE 20 minutes a day on the better 100% silicone Walmart ones. Returned these!

Parfait
Geniale !

Great for stacking
Bought these as we need to make a lot of ice and cheaper than supermarket ice, as can use them over and over again. Nice colours, stacks perfectly for a small space and easy to get the ice cubes out of. Not too bit cubes either

Ottimo acquisto
