Hardcore backpacking tent.
I love Sierra Designs' products. Lightweight and quick set-up and tear down. Condensation can be a problem if you sleep with the front completely covered (as you would with any tent). Was skeptical of the integrated rain fly, but have become a believer. I am a bit taller so I catch the overhang on my back every now and then when exiting the tent but that is not a big deal. The gear locker concept is a wonderful advance in backpacking tents. I am very pleased with my purchase.

This is a love hate with this tent
This is a love hate with this tent... I love the size, design, ease of putting up and weight was awesome for our ten day back packing trip. But the one piece made for some pretty bad condensation build up on one of the nights that soaked our sleeping bags!!! Super unfortunate bc what is the point of a waterproof tent if it doesn't actually protect you from water....

This tent is wonderful! It is on the lighter side which is great. It does sleep 2 people comfortably which was a little surprising for me because Sierra Designs tents usually dont sleep the amount of people they say they do. I love the gear ports that the tent has and the mesh access that it has on the insides. This is great so you dont have to use the space in the tent for your gear and you can even keep your boots outside but know that they wont get wet if it rains. I think it is smart how the rain fly is built right in with the tent to cut down weight. All in all for the price I would definitely suggest this tent to anyone who dosnt want to spend $500-600 on a tent.

zipper jam
Great tent, but....the front door zippers jam every time. They jam so much I had to take 3 stars away from an otherwise great tent.

A solid light weight tent
I used this tent in 40F weather and was quite pleased. I really like the easy access to the storage areas on each side of the tent that can be accesses from both within and from the outside of the tent. The small alcove in the front of the tent is a real nice feature especially when it was raining. I am 6β3β and had plenty of room sleeping without feeling cramped head to foot. In short this is a great one person tent but there is no way two adults could comfortably sleep in this tent (typical of a two person hiking tent). One night was quite windy but the tent held up well. In short I am quite pleased with this purchase.

I have yet to use it in the field. I set it up in my yard with no instructions (way easy) what I did note is the stegs are heavy. I think 9 oz. The poles weight just over a pound. and the tent body is just over 2 pounds.I did also purchase the ground cloth.I live in Oregon and when I get this out in the field this spring with all of our rains I will update.

Great tent. But two stitches were popped, and the screen was torn. If that how it is out of the box, I can only imagine after the trips I take. Returned.

Great tent! I use it primarily as a one man with lots of room. I was hesitant to buy because of the shape but it has proven to be a great tent for under 4 pounds. Well worth the money.
