The media could not be loaded. Finally, a company that tells you exactly what their product will do and does not make exaggerated claims like others I have tried. This is a very good keychain fogger that will perform as advertised. Unlike a stream or gel spray, this produces a burst which forms a cloud of pepper spray solution out to at least 5 ft which creates a wall of spray.When ordering, you need to decide what type of defense you want for 2 and 4 legged animals. With Foggers such as this, aim is not as important as it is with gels and streaming products. The weakness is that the range is very limited and, you have to be mindful of the wind as the fog can be blown back at you.The one thing I have noticed with the key chain sprays is that while they are very small and concealable, they are not very ergonomic. In a stressful situation you might tend to grab it with your fist. This will cause the nozzle to be obstructed by your upper finger. I had my neighbors try it out and they each instinctively grabbed it with their fist and tried to use the thumb to fire (their upper finger covered the nozzle).So, you do need to practice and decide how to deploy it. I found two ways are acceptable for me. One is to consciously hold with the top three fingers only and use the thumb or, you can also use your index finger to press the button while holding the cannister between your thumb and middle and ring fingerIf looking for a pepper spray fogger, this is a very nice keychain spray but, for me personally, a better buy would be this companies larger, 1.9oz spray which has over three times more product, shoots out to over 10ft (and makes a larger cloud) and is only a slightly larger cannister, at the same price range.If you only want an easily carried (attached to your key chain) spray that is inconspicuous, then this is a very good product to have at a good price point. Most importantly, it is a reliable company. Unlike several others I bought, this is well packaged (several others were just bubble wrapped, and I had no idea who actually produced it), has a visible expiration date of three years and, it works as advertised.

its a great little size to clip to your bag to keep on hand. I take it with me everywhere and the peace of mind is immense. I had no idea how stressful it was to travel alone until I had this spray with me and I wasn't as anxious as i typically would be. It has a flip top and comes with keyring. You should practice for emergency situations so you dont panic, having a form of self defense is less than half the battle. if you panic, you're useless.

The canister feels comfortable in your hand, although a little extra length would be good for larger hands. I like that the hard plastic cover has a little bit of tension to it so it doesn't flop open, it only takes a minimal amount of force to lift it enough for my thumb to rest on the actuator button. I work nights so this will be clipped to my retractable badge as an easy to get to non-lethal form of protection.

This pepper fogger is big enough to old firmly in your hands, but not so large as to be overly cumbersome to carry. The button requires the lifting of a safety cover that's spring loaded and then the pressing of the red fogging button. This avoids accidentally discharging the spray when you don't mean to. It's not as difficult as it sounds, you can just push your finger under the cover with the small gap they provide and then pull down on the button.I think it wouldn't be a problem in an emergency, but there's no good way to practice it.The idea of carrying this is good piece of mind, knowing that being able to debilitate an attacker for even a moment can make or break and escape! Very small cost to pay to stay safe.

The highlight of the UDAP Pepper spray is its ease of use. Like a lot of other pepper sprays, this comes in a small hand held cylinder container. To use it, you flip the lid and press the button with your thumb. The lid prevents accidental use, but it is easy to flip up to use it in a hurry.The spray has a six foot reach. based on my testing, I would compare the spray pattern to furniture polishes or some household cleaners. This would be good for protection at close range. Because the spray is fairly wide, you wouldn’t need perfect aim to make contact with the target’s face.This is overall a good pepper spray at a good price. I would give it 5 stars if it had better grip. I think the grip would be better with a textured slip-free surface and/or a more ergonomic design.
