Great run around, well made and adjusted good value.
Very comfortable to ride, even longer distances over 10 miles, undergeared like any folding bike. The lights are bright and the handlebars don't flex like some fold ups. Excellent value for money.

Thorough checks required before use
Edit of previous review: The rear wheel is outdated technology for mounting cassette. I tried to replace cassette which is apart of having strange gear ratios (the smallest sprocket is 14 teeth which make bike overall very slow) of very poor manufactured quality (I had to re-tune my derailleur on weekly basis). So when I tried to replace the cassette it was free wheel method of mounting on the wheel which is very rarely used nowadays. Also this bike original name is Crivit – the sticker with Orus name is coverings original name so. The only good thing about this bike is good classic look if you are into it – one star is probably too much.Thorough checks required of everything before use (seller recommend the same but it is worth saying it again). Without it don’t even think using it. Otherwise good looking bike with interesting feature of shock absorbed built in in seat post but you have to replace the original saddle (it is very basic).

Could be so much better.
The bike arrived today, I bought it for £235.00 . The bike does look good but on inspection a number of the screw fixings were cross threaded including those holding the front brake on. The rear brake cable was not secured correctly. The pedals do not spin freely. When the brakes are removed, neither the front nor the rear wheel spins freely. The wheel bearings seem to be over-tightened, dry, or of poor quality. This is a shame because the bike seems otherwise to be well made. The bike is easy to ride and does fold down to fit inside the bag provided, but for an aluminium framed bike it does feel quite heavy. Those are my initial findings. I'll maybe update this post after I have actually riden the bike - at the moment, I've only ride it on the driveway to check things. And if you were wondering, yes, I do have an engineering background.UPDATE: I've slackened off the front wheel bearing and the wheels now rotate freely. I've been out on it for a ride, and it's a great bike. Very easy to ride, low geared, relaxing. It's a giggle. For the price it's a strong recommendation.

My London's most praised bike
Absolutely adore this Orus bike!Expected it to be a bit rubbish to be honest but is more and beyond, good finish materials, robust, sturdy, came fully assembled, just added the pedals, comprehensive manual, fun to ride, 7 gears for the up's and down's, folding pedals, easy/ reliable folding system, stand, pump, luggage rack, even a waterproof bag for storage!!!Top marks to Moorelarge, for this fantastic bike, it came as next day delivery and they did.Even managed a way to carry the bike around folded on one wheel, although the manual doesn't mention it.Edit after a year of usage:Left arm pedal grind the axle in 1 month, replaced with new, sorted. The folding clasp broke and couldn't repair but got a velcro strap to tie around and did the job. Consecutive punctures on the back tyre and I'm 80Kg not super heavy but I think this bike can't take me very well, resumed to a solid tyre 20×1.75 as prescribed - doesn't fit the rim...! Fed up of changing inner tubes or dragging the bike with flat tyre for miles!!!Last was the chain, constantly coming out. I'm not a mechanic bit dismounted this bike several times, many hours faffing around. The back wheel axle / bearings is poor and came off, had to reconstruct the thing to get each individual ball bearings inside the rotating axle, the adjustment was always a bit fiddle.Send it to repair and try to fix the solid tyre , they say can't fix the tyre because it doesn't fit??? Also they can't actually do nothing to the bike because of the folding clasp as they say its a liability... so waiting for the bike to be returned (10 days of nothing).Result:Got a new bike from Decathlon 20 INCH FOLDING BIKE BTWIN 120 - GREY£249.99 and feels immediately a superior quality, nimble, lighter. Fingers crossed!!!

Defective product of not satisfactory quality.
The outer box broke when it was delivered to my house. I found that both tyres of the bike were deflate when the bike got out of the box, I have tried to inflate the tyres with the pump supplied. I did it for many times but failed. I can’t manage to inflate it. How will it happen in a newly brought product? Is it all new bike delivered needs buyers to inflate tyres themselves? So I decided & requested to return the product via Amazon . However, the seller defines as unwanted product for me & reply that I should be responsible to return the unwanted bike by myself & ensure it arrives without any damage & in the original packaging. They delivered me a defective product of not satisfied quality . Why I should take the responsibility to pay for the return & how to ensure that it was no damage? Even the box was damage & the tyres are deflate when it was delivered to my house.I discovered one more problem. The front wheel is leaning to the left at around 30 degrees. Is the bike safe to be ride?

very nice foldable bike
I don't think you can find a cheaper foldable bike in the market. I say cheaper, because it was on sale as well as an additional Amazon promotion, which brought the price down to £175. Good, sturdy bike for leisure and/or short distance commuting. I would say a couple modifications (e.g., Saddle and pedals) might be needed, but other than that no issues. Not sure about the long term performance though.PS: just realised the current price is >£300. :o( I would go for something else if that was the price at the time I bought...
