Updated review- I did not like this product for myself, it was very gendered and "cutesy" I thought I was buying a simple organization tool, but instead, this is meant to be affirmational, and there are inspirational quotes at the top of every few pages, many from folks I strongly dislike, such as Tony Robbins and Rachel Hollis. [There is also a quote from Beyonce-yes, she's a "queen", but no mere mortal is going to work hard and organize themselves into anything like her life :) You have to be born a Beyonce-ask Solange]This item is not for me, but a large part of that is based on personal taste. The company has great customer service, and they do donate a lot to charity. I changed my review based on their excellent handling of this matter.

To preface this review I am very picky about my planners and looked for a long time before buying this one. I prefer a vertical planner, and in the past usually buy an Erin Condren planner or a tools4wisdom planner. This year I didn’t want to spend as much money because I wasn’t sure how much I would be using it (I hardly used mine last year cuz of the pandemic).Pros:Cute cover with motivational quotes before each month.The outer cover is super thick and durable.Vertical planner for everyday - with no pre-printed times which I like for this year.Monthly summary and goal setting.Yearly goal setting in the beginning.Cons:The writing area is a little small - I write kind of bigContacts section is pointless for me - I store all my contacts on my phone and computer, but some might still use this section.Overall I would highly recommend this planner! I am very happy with my purchase!

This is my second bloom daily planner. It is very sturdy and holds up all year in my bag. I personally love the start on a Monday option, I know it sounds weird because it’s not what you are used to. But think about most of our weeks really do start on Monday and who doesn’t like their weekend days being together. The other fantastic part about this is the weekend days are full size, and as a parent I have Just as many of not more things on the weekend so full days are fantastic.I love the section for weekly notes/tidied the space at the bottom allows me to record my workouts and water intake. Which as I approach the big 50, I greatly appreciate writing these things down.

I'm really looking forward to using this planner. I love the vertical layout, extra space for notes/to-dos each week, and the fact that Saturday and Sunday are each full sized. I used one of bloom's 5x8 hardcover planners last year and loved the monthly tasks list and goal-setting pages, but found myself needing to cram multiple tasks onto each line in shorthand in the daily sections. This has a lot more space, but I'll still probably need to use shorthand because the columns are fairly narrow.The only thing I dislike is the cover/binding. It is hardcover, but it isn't the most durable. Mine came with a dent/mark in the cover, you can't see it in the picture because of the busy print but it looks like it's from another planner's wire binding sitting on top of it. It's not bad enough to bother exchanging it, but it is disappointing. Also, I think a twin-wire binding would make it sit better when you fold it all the way back on itself, with the plain spiral it sits slightly off-kilter.

I’ve been using a Bloom planner since 2018 (although in different sizes and variations). I purchased the 2021 edition as soon as I saw that it was available. The daily columns have enough room to record notes, although I didn’t use this feature much in 2020, thanks to COVID. There are supplementary pages such as a bill tracker and goals worksheets. There are a few notes pages, which I use to record DIYS I want to tackle, recurring chores, financial accounts, etc. The contacts page has a line for birthdays, but I can for several birthday reminders, bill dates, and event notes all in one box on the monthly view. I like that there is a notes/to-do column on both the monthly and weekly view, in case I don’t have a particular “due date” for a task.I did spill a few drops of water on a page ok the first day I really had it. While it will leave an unattractive water stain on the front and back of the page, it didn’t spread to any other pages! The planet cover is flat and smooth - although it looks textured online. At first, I was a little disappointed. However, this helps the planner stay durable - which is A+ in my book. I had a similar planner last year (in a gorgeous blue/white floral pattern). It’s gone through a lot without much damage. While there are cheaper planners out there, this one is the most comprehensive and attractive that I have come across. I will continue to purchase from this brand for years to come. Don’t forget to check out their free printables on their website - although I would be elated if they included a recipe printable again.

I use this planner as an overview of what's due/happening each month on the calendar page; I use the weekly breakdowns to go into more detail, write notes on the day, write out appts, etc. I also love to make it colorful, so I use colored pens/pencils and stickers to just put my personality into it. They are somewhat like diaries that I reflect back on. I do have a bullet journal, but I write out thoughts and such in those.You start each month with a vision; I look at the past month and see what I still need to work on. The planner has a full 2021 calendar up front, along with: important dates, your purpose statement, your values statement, your overall goal for the year, your perfect week, wkly schedule template, monthly bill payment tracker, contact sheets, blank pgs (I list my meds on one of them) & website login page.I just love these planners. I take mine everywhere.
