Pretty Good for the Price
Overall it's very sturdy, and It will lay completely flat, which is good. There's also different attachments out there besides the preacher curl pad. I got the leg extension/hamstring curl one (I'll review it separately). The seat portion has three different heights which is helpful, but the back doesn't get up to quite 90 degrees for a military press. I'm going to drill an extra hole to solve this, and for the price, I don't mind. There's some stuff you should know if you're getting this: Every single piece needs to be assembled, and you'll need metric wrenches or adjustable wrenches. It took me about an hour, and I use tools for a living. When the bench is flat or declined, there is a gap between the seat and the back, so you have to lay just right to have the correct support. It would be nice if it had wheels on one end for moving it around, because it's kind of awkward to lift. The video shows a woman using this, and I must be at least her height, if not taller. Yet I feel this bench is a little high for me. When laying on my back, my feet don't reach the floor, so I have to put them on top of the bench's feet. My legs aren't quite long enough to do decline sit-ups comfortably on it, which is disappointing.Overall, it's a good value. I always do a lot of research, and for the cost, I haven't seen one I like better out there.

Works and looks great
I was so impressed by this that I also got new XMark weights, bar and a rack. It has every bench angle I need, is easy to adjust and feels rock solid in every position. The cushion is really thick, comfortable and seems to have a tough cover. The roller bar is just right for me (I’m 5’11”), but it also adjusts up/down and the seat adjusts so it should fit about anyone. I like that the seat support is U-shaped as that let’s me put my feet on the floor or on the U-bar depending on my position. I got this for its preacher curl pad and it works great. The only thing I wish was different would be for the preacher bar rest to be wider. The bench’s weight is enough to be very stable and not too heavy when I have to move it around. A good buy.

Good Bench for the $
I bought this bench mainly because of the preacher attachment and the price. It's a sturdy bench, with firm padding that adjusts easily. Item was delivered quickly with no damage, the bench was easy to put together (using my own tools not the cheap one that comes with it) taking me about 45 minutes to get in operational condition. I like the preacher attachment and am considering buying the leg and lat attachments. It is quick and easy to adjust the long bench into incline or decline positions. The main reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is because of the decline position is not all that comfortable to use possibly because I can't get the seat bottom into a good working position. The only other thing I wish was different is the adjustment knobs for preacher and foot attachment should be a spring loaded quick knob not a long threaded screw. All in all I am very happy with this bench

XMark FID Bench
This is an initial review. I have not used the product yet for any length of time so I give only 4 stars for now. I purchased this product becuase I was looking for a good quality FID bench with a Preacher Curl attachment at a reasonable price. I did not need the Leg Developer attachment that come with many of the other similar bench products. I have to say I am more than satisfied here initially. It was very well packaged and assembly was very easy and many of the parts were already assembled. The frame seems very solid and the padding is thick. This bench is much more 'hearty' than others in its class. The bench looks now like it will serve my 'novice' garage weight lifting needs very well, but only time will truly tell.

Pretty good but some opportunity
Bench is made very well. The ability to incline or decline the bench is very smooth. The padded bar to lock your feet into position is adjustable and does a good job, only wobbles when I rest my feet on it. The decline of the bench is a bit extreme. And instead of being a single hole to lock into place it's actually an oval and has room to slide which is what makes the decline so extreme. Also the padding behind the knee is very thick, which is fine when the bench is flat or inclined, but uncomfortable when in the decline position. All in all it will work for what I need. Really enjoy the preacher bar, will probably get the leg attachment as well. Going to have to put my own hole in for the decline portion of the bench though to make that work

Well designed
I bought this to use with my PowerBlock set. I was concerned buying a bench online because a lot of the ones I've seen are too short, wobbly, or there is an excessive gap between the seat and backrest. I'm 6'4" and found the bench very comfortable. Anyone much taller than me may have issues.Quick points:- Contoured seat and back pad makes it easy and comfortable to sit back while holding dumbbells- No wobble, sturdy- Easy Assembly- Nice paint finish (even the nuts and washers were painted)It went together fast. Everything lined up without coercion. Make sure you have a mechanics tool set for the final tightening. The instructions were easy to follow and the parts were labeled in a blister pack. The item ships very well. It has an outer cardboard box and then another inner one. Inside, all the parts are wrapped in plastic and/or more cardboard. No parts were scratched or dented in transit.

Great
Nice bench, not something you would find in a commercial setting but great for the home gym. Only complaint is the plastic knobs just can't crank them too hard but other than that it works good.

Easy to assemble and very sturdy
This bench with preacher curl attachment is relatively low cost compared to other preacher-benches. It was easy to assemble; however, it doesn't come with the 9/16 wrench required (or any other tools for that matter). It is long, comfortable for people of all heights, and, above all, of quality solid construction and sturdy. Definitely a good buy.
