Better than the original
This pan is beautifully made. The authentic ones would be made from mild steel and require seasoning and care when washing/drying. This one, being stainless steel fits in perfectly with a modern life I.e. dishwasher 😀

Excellent pan
Fantastic and well made product. Cooked paella in it and it turned out very well. Bought few other brands intially but they were bad.

Great cooking, looks beautiful. Great on my induction hob and on the Barbie. Quite impressive. It is supposed to be for 5 people, but you can cook for far more than that - I loaded more deeply that you are supposed to and cooked for 14 for a party (together with some other dishes).

After reading the other review , I decided on this pan.It is excellent quality and a pleasure to use.Totally recommend it.

Quality is matter for me
If claimed that item being made with good grade steel and the price is not cheap either , you expect really good pan. It excellent size and shape but in few places I also beside scratches found dots - that is shallow hollows of steel, not coveting layer underneath. It won't last and that is the reason why I'm returning for full refund. Have few other British made items purchased from Amazon and quality is definitely there and I put honest reviews. Quality is matter for me.

Super Paella
Excelente paella de acero inoxidable, primer uso y hemos triunfado, ha salido un arroz buenisimo, no se ha pegado nada, y super facil limpiarla. Eso si hay que curar primero la paella, como cualquier utencilio de cocina de acero inoxidable, hay videos como curar inoxidable.
