I have only been using this for a couple of days and I can already feel that it is working. I have never had one of these before but my therapist recommended it since I moved from a sunny region to northern Europe. I have been struggling with the dreary rainy days. I found this one that was discounted and thought I'd give it a try. I like that it is compact and I can put it in my bag. It takes up very little space. There are different functions, including colour, timer and brightness. That's all you need really. I like the warm colour and just have been leaving it all all day working from home. I detest fluorescent lights, and other lights that make me feel depressed. I was skeptical of what this lamp could do. But I have felt my mood improve. I have been sleeping better these past few days. It's a nice warm and fuzzy feeling.

This is a great light box. This is my first time using a light box so I wanted to try one that was reasonably priced. I have struggled with SAD symptoms for some years and have used a Lumie alarm clock which I find really useful in these darker, autumn/winter months. This light box has a timer with a number of options for how long you can set the timer for which is handy. There are also options for brightness and light settings. I've been using it for a few days now and really feel like it has made a difference in relation to my energy levels and mood. I am definitely happy with this product and hope it is durable.

Product just as described. Instructions fairly well translated so easy to understand and follow. I've been using it for every morning for about a week and I definitely feel better - psychological or not I can't be certain to be fair, but I suspect it's not. My only little niggle is the length of the wire - a wee bit longer wouldn't go amiss! Apart from that - SPOT ON! Oh, exceptionally quick delivery too. Thanks guys.

Bought on advice from gp to purchase a sad lamp,couldn't go really expensive, this had great reviews so decided to purchase. Used twice a day since and already really helping, gp happy to know. I like the fact you can choose which colour light you want to use as my eyes are very sensitive, also you can control the brightness too which is great , I use the warm white setting as gentle on my eyes. All in all very happy with the purchase 🙂

Old sad lamp packed in so I ordered the Aogled 10000 lux light box and delighted with the ease of use, the 5 levels of brightness and 3 tones. Straightforward to set up and use with a timer from 10 - 60 minutes. Ideal for dark mornings and fab for seeing makeup results before leaving for work. I’ve used a light box for many years and definitely feel the difference after use in the mornings from October onwards. Reasonable price and item was well packaged and received quickly after order placed.

We got this as a recommendation from a friend- and it's honestly amazing! We use it every morning for 60 minutes and it leaves you feeling awake and like you've spent time in the sunlight. It's much brighter than I was expecting (although the brightness can be adjusted if it's too much) and has 3 different 'tones' of light, as well as a timer with different settings. Really good value!

So far the light has been good and it's nice you can adjust both the hue and brightness. But, to turn it on and off is a very fiddly led type switch and I'm really not sure that is going to last, hence the 3 star rating
