Replaced an existing window opener which had broken. Easy to fit and works as advertised.

Easy to fit and smooth in action
Saracen window locks are all marked with the part number so easy to reorder replacement. Replacing the broken lock only took a few minutes. The lock seemed in better condition than the last one ordered 3 years ago. This was sealed in a plastic bag and the bolt was greased whereas the previous lock was not. After fitting the action was smooth and secure.Pleased with the outcome.

These do the job very well, not difficult to fit, but a bit fiddly to fit, a second pair of hands will solve this problem. They don't feel as robust as the originals, only time will tell about durability.
