GI values are very less and good for Diabetic People. I have personally taking this rice and also checked my Blood Sugar after two hours of taking this Rice, the result is very normal.So, it is very good for Diabetic People.

Poor quality rice 🍚🌾.. same rice in provision store 52 rs/ kg . Don't Bye .. it's not worth .
