This is a substantial rain chain anchor. I have a rather heavy rain chain hanging in a 90-degree gutter corner at the front of my house, and it wasn't long enough to secure to the ground in any way, so I came on to Amazon to search for some kind of solution and found this! I had no idea if it would do the trick, if it would be hefty enough to anchor the chain, but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It is heavy enough, and it also matches the color of the chain perfectly. Yay! It's held up through a few heavy windstorms so far- and helped protect my gutters. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase, and would recommend it, as it's a great value and ha given me peace of mind.

I love the look of these rain chains...especially when it's raining. They are much more attractive than the usual downspouts. I purchased the matching stakes to keep them grounded from windy days. They are better quality than I was expecting. (The only issue I have is that we needed to combine two chains for our taller eave and there was no easy way to do it the way the cups are attached to each other.)

We just installed it. Easy install. So far, so good, but it hasn’t been subjected to any wind or rain yet.

Coating comes off chain links easily, otherwise great product with sturdy design and weight.

I ordered 2 of these because I like them. Be sure to caulk around the hole in the gutters or they rain won’t stream down them correctly. It gives a beautiful look to your home

Works great! This stake connects easily to our rainchain and keeps it from blowing all over the place.

Seems as if it is made well. And it will keep my wife’s rain chain from being blown around.
