Perfect for what you need
These work super well, great for the price. Tried to perm my hair for the first time at home and used these. Good amount, I have long thick hair. And these worked perfectly. No complaints other than sometimes the caps pop off accasionally but only about four did that for me so. Great buy

The majority of them are very skinny so only purpose if you want very tight curls. Very happy with the purchase.

Great rods for a good price
I use these on my relaxed hair and they curl it beautifully! The only reason for 4 stars is because the end keeps popping off from the string if you pull too hard which can be very frustrating when trying to put them in. The sizes vary which is nice. Sleeping with them is semi comfortable, just be careful not to pull your hair when taking them out

I had high hopes for these
This is a tremendous set! To give my hair variety I used different sizes in different places. Several sadly broke apart while using. The rubber thing would break off, the cap thing would break off the rubber part. It took me a while to write this as I was getting the nerve up to perm my own hair. I'm not good with any kind of rollers, but I prefer curly, live hair to flat, boring hair for myself. The rollers that worked completely (eg. survived) did a great job. I got an interesting curl by twisting the hair in the paper & then rolling it up twisted like that. I think it gave a spiral look. I'm supposed to send the whole thing in for a refund, but UPS tried only once & ignored my yelling when I got out of the bathroom. He heard me but ignores me. I'd like to have a full set.. back again. The comb that came with it I didn't use but I'll learn. These overall are good; but need stronger rubber and whatever keeps the rubber attached to the cap part and the roller part. The ones that didn't break did a lovely job! Those were awesome. It's the large handful of "duds" that made the experience not as nice. But the rest, most, did their job without a problem. Vendor I hope you send me an email. Thank you. Vendor: if you read this please email me. UPS has since "reassured" me it will be coming but after a 3 days, they haven't. I've got broken toes so no driving anywhere for me. I don't know if I'll be able to return these so I can get a credit or not because UPS has sadly been flaky. If you have any ideas (you = Vendor) I'm all ears. Just send an email Thank you.
