For the price, Exceeded expectations.
This is my second couch I have purchased sight unseen off of Amazon. To be honest the first one was quite a disappointment. I'm by no means a couch potato but that first couch kind of just broke down and looked a mess within a month. Move forward to this purchase. Wow, wow, wow. Yes it is not a 3000 dollar couch but for a budget you will get some wow factors from friends as I have and while it is just OK as a sleeper, the fold down option has worked amazing for cocktail parties. It's a cheaper couch that holds up and gives a rich feel to your place. Love it. I did rate the comfort level at 3 stars but honestly it is not uncomfortable just a bit stiff, which I like, reminds me after a while to get up and get going on my list of projects. I have had a good sick day with my puppies just chilling on couch too with no problem.

Disappointed! No instructions or manual
I love the couch, but it came with no instructions. No manual! I am beyond frustrated that I was excited to finally put my couch together and now I’m stuck with all these pieces and no instructions! I cant contact the sender directly. I’m waiting for a response ! Amazon says it might take 24hrs. I just wanted to put it this couch together. Now I’m sitting here breaking my head. Trying to figure out what screws go to what without a manual!
