So. At first I had bought the ash gray (a purple kind) and it came out... well purple. It was a gray for sure but ultimately not what I was looking for. The steps were simple to put together. Instructions came in English. The dye would turn into a gel like consistency easy for application with hands or brush. However I panicked as I saw my hair turn purple so I washed it out after 5 minutes. Time skips forward. The purple had came out after 3 washes. No harm since I had technically left it in for merely minutes. Now I decided to use a brown. Expresso brown. My hair was now a white due to the purple hue the last dye left. I went to a professional hair stylist this time to help with application in my style idea. They told me it was intresting. However not on standard salon regulations. So I brought it in myself. She told me for my hair length even when we avoided parts of my hair I should've brought 2 packs in as we dyed. The brown was a natural. It had a pearl base to it thay turned parts of my hair gray! I'm not opposed to it However it's not everyone's color choice. I'm happy with the outcome of my hair. And I'm writing this review after I got it done. I suspect it will last exactly 3 weeks that shade of brown. Now, is it worth the price? I'd say so. Genuinely comes with a generous amount of dye. And hair oil and shampoo sealants to keep the color. The only cons I think of is just the dye having misleading colors. It needs to be tested on a person's head for sure. These tones are muted because of its pearl base made for natural shine. If you are considering buying some id say do it! No harm in not trying! Plus it washes out fairly quickly so no panic if it doesn't fit right with you.

The fragrance is a little too strong for me, but it's great! It worked really well on my hair that had grown out black roots and half my hair was dark red, evening it out. It came with a poncho, gloves, a hair ampoule to mix in with the dye I believe, and a packet of shampoo that smelled awesome! My hair smells good, is soft, and is an even mocha brown. I kept it in for 30 minutes after making sure I covered all of my hair! I have thin hair so I only needed one box, but if you have thicker hair, I would recommend two!

Not semi-permanent; it's definitely permanent hair color. It takes many weeks to fade and when it does, you're left with that odd coppery color that permanent leaves and a delineation of root growth. It was not "warm mocha brown." It was dark auburn. It left my hair rough and tangly. One thing I like about coloring my hair is that it ends up feeling silky and glossy. This stuff roughed up my hair and no amount of hair masks will fix it. I'm just going to have to wait for it to grow out.

I have previously dyed medium golden brown hair with a few months of root growth (natural soft black). Using this dye in Mushroom Blonde, I was very happy with the results, as it evenly covered my roots and blended seamlessly with my existing color. The final result is a medium-dark brown with a slightly warm/orange undertone on my hair, which naturally leans warm. I have rib cage length, thin, straight hair, and one box was barely enough, so those with long or thick hair should consider buying two. I normally use Liese Prettia Milk Tea Brown, and while this shade is slightly darker, I’m very satisfied with the coverage, blend, and overall finish.

I am very experienced at doing my hair at home for years now. I lightened my hair first with the products I typically use, then I was using this to tone it or create a light pink tone for the finished result. This product did not deposit any pink tone or even reduce the brassy tones on my blonde hair. I wouldn't recommend this at all. It wasn't as cheap as other products that do actually tone your hair. Not happy that I have to buy something else now to fix my hair.

I ordered the mushroom blonde. If you have light blonde or even gray hair it will turn purple which was applied for 25 minutes. I have an undercut with longer length on top. The top color is perfect. My hair turns lighter in the sun and my undercut is purple. I'm going to use purple shampoo to see if that helps. If not then I'll have to shave close.

Die Anwendung bleibt das absolute Highlight: Die dicke Pudding-Textur macht das Auftragen unglaublich angenehm. Die Farbe läuft nicht herum, tropft kaum und bleibt genau dort, wo sie hingehört. Dadurch kann man deutlich sauberer arbeiten als mit vielen klassischen Haarfarben. Der Farbton Damaszener Rose ist richtig schön gelungen. Er wirkt nicht einfach nur knallig, sondern eher elegant und weich – je nach Ausgangshaarfarbe entsteht ein individueller rosiger Schimmer. Gerade bei helleren Haaren kommt die Farbe besonders schön zur Geltung. Auch dieses Mal gefällt mir, dass die Formel ammoniakfrei ist. Der typische stechende Geruch fehlt fast vollständig und die Haare fühlen sich nach dem Färben weiterhin gepflegt an. Statt trocken und stumpf wirken sie eher glänzend und geschmeidig. Das komplette Set ist ebenfalls praktisch, da alles enthalten ist, was man für die Anwendung braucht. Kein zusätzliches Zubehör nötig, einfach mischen, auftragen und loslegen. Natürlich sollte man beachten, dass das Ergebnis immer von der eigenen Haarfarbe abhängt. Aber genau das macht solche Farbtöne auch spannend – das Ergebnis wirkt persönlicher und nicht wie eine Standardfarbe. Fazit: Wieder ein Volltreffer von eZn.
