Wrong purchase, I am very upset about this purchase and I was charged for a refund, spend your money to buy a better product and if you have trouble buying, spend a free refund. In general, I was not satisfied with this device and it did not keep warm.I'm really sorry for my wrong purchase, only 60% of the total amount will be refunded to me and with the shipping cost I paid $ 65 I lost for this low quality product. I'm not satisfied at all, this is not very fair for the customer who makes online purchases, negative point again.

Nice, compact, and yet very comfortable.Fits right under the water dispenser of whirlpool.Easy fill for 65oz.Sturdy, and one major point to this model, the lid does not require Hercules to open.Nice tea maker and very perfect size and design. Fits nice on top and keep warm at the bottom all time.
