I wanted a white noise machine that sounded more natural and this is perfect. Not too loud also so during day time naps baby can still hear daytime noises so she can distinguish between day and night sleep. This was exactly what I expected and wanted. If you want a noise machine to drown out noise this isn't the one though.

Had a couple of Dohm products before. Bought this one to help my baby sleep. After about a month the product rattled so much that it became more of a noise nuisance than a relief. Terrible product. I guess Dohn started reducing the quality of the product which is a shame.

It’s a really great little machine but I wish it was a bit louder. I find the noise relaxing and actually making me sleepy but it doesn’t cover the noises coming from the outside so well.

I own one of these Dohm sound machines and two of their more old-fashioned looking ones. Bought in 2021 and has started making a loud squeaking sound now in 2026. Five years of nightly use, not bad! But my older ones just keep going. Perhaps the build quality is poorer in the newer version? I plan on replacing this one with a third old-fashioned looking one.

I really like the sound this produces and I use it every night. After a year or so I needed to take it apart and clean it out thoroughly to stop rattling and buzzing sounds. Sadly I can’t make it stop this entirely, it seems to always buzz or rattle when first turned on bjt does seem to settle down. Not particularly relaxing oj those first few moments! I do find it makes the unit it sits on reverberate which is a bit distracting but I’m reluctant to try a speaker model as I don’t want to lose the nice earthy tone.

I use this product to help me go to sleep because I have moderate tinnitus. It does the job admirably and I especially like the fact that it's a natural sound which does not irritate me, unlike many artificial digital sounds.

I ordered this machine for the pretty pink colour, which is my favourite, however was disappointed with the sound quality. The quietest sound was just too loud for leaving it on all night whilst sleeping, yet the loudest sound was not loud enough to effectively mask noise during the day. Overall disappointed and had to return.
