This is hands down the best straightener for my curly wavy coarse hair. The steam works great to obtain long term results. Other irons would straighten my hair and then one hour later-the waves were back. This keeps my hair straight. Makes it soft too.

Love the package it came in. Love how it has a glove and a water bottle included. This steam straightener is good quality and made great. However the water tank kinda leaks when you put in the water. It’s kinda messy when the steam comes out. I approve it for natural, very thick and coarse hair for use colored woman. My hair is very thick and I am shocked it straightened it in one pass.

I loved that this is a dual product. You can straighten your hair and steam it at the same time. I love the different settings, the steam and how straight it gets your hair. I have no dislikes. I would highly recommend.

This flat iron gets really smokey. I had to stop several times to get fresh air. I not sure if I will be able to use these again. Money wasted but my lungs are more important.

This heated up really fast and well, but there was absolutely NO STEAM coming out! It was easy to add the water to the chamber and set up, just don't know what happened. I've since read several reviews saying the same thing. I had to return it.
