White Bath Sealant Strip - Waterproof Caulk Tape with Scraper Tool - Flexible and Durable Self Adhesive Tape for Bathroom, Kitchen, Tub and Wall Corner Edges

This is a great idea for a bathroom tape. Unfortunately it is not as easy as they would lead you to believe fitting it as it is somewhat awkward sticking the two edges simultaneously. You also need to have some form of heat such as a hair drier which makes it even more awkward to fit. The adhesive needs to be much stronger which would greatly improve this product

While the top surface is water resistant and works well, the reverse side (the bit you put to the wall) is a different story. It doesn't have a caulking or sealant strip at the back, just some double sided tape. So its completely useless for putting over grouting lines as it won't seal properly. I had to run some extra silicone across the top to ensure it was water tight against the bath, which kind of defeats the object of the product 😕. As it is only tape on the back, it will probably fail as moisture gets in. On the positive the tape does actually sick well initially, so sealing around sinks as opposed to showers and baths may be a better use.

These strips are great, quick & easy to use

Stayed on for a few weeks now lifting off. Very pale green shade which has started to go yellow. Used in a occasional bathroom so not in heavy use but still not lived up to the job. They are good for temporary though

I feel like this tape could be stronger and thicker, it's okay to use around the sink in the kitchen, but I wouldn't be so sure around the bathtub :(

Followed all the instructions, made sure tiles /bath clean and dry fixed to wall, heated with hairdryer for complete adhesion. Sealed for a couple of days and then started lifting, now more off the wall than on it. Not worth the time or effort

Bought as a temp fix to tidy up the bath seals and works really - I used some spray glue on one side that wouldn’t stick - rest has held for last couple of months
