Very nice thick leather.
My only complaint is that I feel the safety toe on the tops of my toes and when I do a lot of walking - that can be a pain. Otherwise - these are great boots!

Return policy is ridiculous for this western boot company.
These boots were longer fit then the sizing chart suggested. Wore them one day, and tried to return them. There return policy reads that if they have been worn you might get 50% back or they will discard them and you will get no refund ridiculous

Try them on if possible
I have a pair of Ariat 9EE casual boots. Ariat Corp said the fit would be the same with this work boot. It is not. The heel area is loose but the rest of the boot feels perfect. I returned the 9EE for an 8-1/2EE and they were too small. The steel toe and width were too small, but the heel area felt better. I don't know what they are doing with the heel area but that is where the problem lies for me. I wear a thicker sock and it feels better, I will try some kind of insert as well to see if it helps take up some room in that area. I tried a steel toe boot style (work hog) prior to these with " U turn technology" and they were loose in the heel as well, we thought that was the issue so I picked a different style without the U turn tech but they are still loose in the heel. Annoying process but boots are great. NO ONE had these boots in stock to try on, so I had to resort to purchasing online. I tried a pair of Justin boots because I try to buy American made products 1st but I could not find a steel toe boot that fit, esp the width comfortably.

Very comfortable boot
Very comfortable and lighter steel toe boot. I did not give it five stars because of the unfinished leather inside shank material. I like that style because it is very comformtable and loose against your skin so there is no long break in period, but I also don't like it because it grabs onto your socks and holds them for ransom when trying to put the boot on.Since they are loose/floppy shanked boots, they can be kind of tricky to get your feet in there while fighting the sock graboids if you have ankle/knee problems, but in the few weeks of wearing them, I have made adjustments and they seem to be getting smoother/easier to put on.

Best pair of work boots I have had
I'm a diesel mechanic and a farmer. So I typically wear out a pair of boots in about 6 to 7 months because I wear them for about 19 hours a day. I bought a pair of this boots about a year ago now and I'm still wearing them. I'm still very impressed with ariat and the quality of the boots and I have always been a fan of ariat. Definently will buy another pair when these wear out.

Boots fit a bit to big. I have exchanged for a smaller pair. Overall great looking boot and even though they were to large, the were comfortable when I tried them on.

Acquiring Quite the Collection of Ariat boots!!! LOVE the Boots!! ISizing is true to size, Quality is never an issue fore they have thicker Leather than Stanley boots 🤔.Almost too good to wear😳. These are unlined but still fit true to size..... Made very well.

Beautiful boots but they run large IMO
I own a pair of Ariat cowboy boots size 9 so ordered a size 9 of these, they were huge, more like a 10-11 for pete sake, returned lesson learned. Beautiful boots however, really to bad.
