The Best of its Kind
This is an excellent product. It’s not loud/noisy at all, you may notice when it first kicks on to regulate the temperature but it is just like a white noise, actually very soothing to fall asleep to if you can’t stand complete silence. The maintenance is also extremely efficient, it only requires you empty the water tank once every month or so (this is given that I do not use it as a dehumidifier, I have kept it on AC/fan and Heat modes only). I have a very open studio apartment of about 450-550 sq. ft. This product can heat or cool the entire apartment within a matter of minutes. Settings are easily adjustable and it comes with a remote to adjust from across the room as well. I have had this unit for 2 months now and absolutely love it. I did A LOT of research prior to finally deciding and I don’t think you could get a better product elsewhere. I am highly satisfied and will be buying future products from this company!

Warranty service was easy to work with.
We purchased this unit to replace a similar old Honeywell unit that we had used for 8 years and it was starting to wear out. Initially the new unit worked just as well, if not better, than the older model for heating my office space, even in fairly cold weather. (single digit outside temperatures).Unfortunately, after 2 months the blower stopped working. However, the warranty claim process was easy and involved just a few emails explaining the problem and sending pictures and a phone call. About 3-4 days later I had a replacement unit.

Still Undecided
I like the mobility of this but don’t like the way the way the drain hose is set up. I have been using this in a sunroom and unless it lasts for 5 years I would say that it definitely isn’t worth the $725 that I paid for it. My electric bill doubled when I started using this but I am not ready to blame the Honeywell just yet as we had only had one electric bill in this home before we got the Honeywell.

Noise Level
Noise level much higher than expected. Display and icons on unit and remote too small

Broken Caster Wheel and designed only for small Window Size
1) The window bracket is too short for any reasonably sized window.2) The package arrived with broken caster wheel.2) I reached out to jmatek(who handles warranty issues for Honeywell) to fix the problem. They did send me another bracket to increase the length of window bracket, however, now the length of hose is too short to reach out it’s slot in window bracket. The air conditioner is sitting as is in my apartment and I am not sure how to get rid of it.The air conditioner may only work for small windows.

Updated. Fan motor and compressor-dead. Note, unit only lasted 18 months. Got 7yrs under same conditions with the Whymer AC/Heat unit and cheaper. Just bought another Whymer unit. Disappointed in the Honeywell.I use in my Arizona garage. It’s been running constantly for over two months. Maintains my 700sf space at around 85-90. 20-25 degrees less then the outside temp. (Knock on wood) No issues thus far.Keep the filters clean!

It is a fan, not an A/C
I sent it back, “must be received by 6/11. It was picked up by UPS on the 2nd. And not back yet???? It didn’t take that long for them to send it to me. Extremely Disappointed

Overall good
It was great for the A/C in the summer. We put it in the bedroom for winter. I only run it at night and since you have to vent out a window, the room gets very cold. We tried to seal it, but it didn’t help. It’s not loud, temp is good (both warm & cold).
