Danger Girl: Deluxe

I've been a fan of J. Scott Campbell's and Alex Farmer's from the start. Back in the early 90's it was Gen-13 with Jim Lee. A few years later and this fantastically fun story was born. Danger Girl brings all the great elements of a spy movie and a comedy together in one incredibly sexy package!If you've never read it before, or if it's been a few years since you last saw it, I highly recommend checking out J. Scott Campbell's masterpiece, "Danger Girl"!

It's OK. Don't expect J Scott Campell art he does one story.

Maybe a little predictable, but I still enjoyed it. The fact that Bruce Campbell is attached to this book is kind of awesome.

Jeez, it was like 10 years ago I scrambled to get the originals, and I have most of them :D. It's looks great on my Ipad 3, but I can't select manual zoom and I can not turn my Ipad vertically. It relies on the double tap per panel for a fixed zoom. Worth the $10.15 price point for sure.

I loved this collection of Danger Girls. The writing is great, kind of a mix of army of darkness mixed with a golden age James Bond film. The puns and jokes are hilarious and I adore most of the characters. The art is gorgeous, being both hectic during action and clear enough to understand what's going on. Odd Jobs is a 2005 Wildstorm compilation of 4 stories of Danger Girl:1-Mod Bods2-Delusions of Grandeur3-Hawaiian Punch4-Viva Las Danger.I really like the first two stories, but the last ones it hasn't have the same emotion that Danger Girls usually show.I recommend go for the new compilation version from IDW: Destination Danger, that include the same four stories plus one called Kamikaze.

I liked that the women in this comic weren't there just to be pretty. They actually were the heroes. I like action adventure and it was fun to actually find a good comic with strong women leads. I will be picking up more in this series.

And when your done can put it on a collector case to display. Man Campbell is so jedi at drawing quities. Love it.
