I am so happy with this item!!! I was kinda scared cause seen the reviews it was messed up or sequins was missing but mine was perfect !!!!!!! Gave this as a gift to my Girlfriend and she loved it...This is a great couples gift!!!!!I just didnt pay attention to the description and thought it was an actual pillow not pillow case but that was my mistake lol smh

I get that this is sequin, so your picture could look grainy if it’s too zoomed in but, I made sure my dog picture wasn’t too close and it looked good when I ordered it but what I actually got, I literally had to look at it for a minute to see the picture of my dog on it. It was very hard to make out. The quality seems good and sturdy but the way it was put together was a tad sloppy (uneven sequin lines around edges, a couple edges weren’t even). Maybe if they used smaller sequin it would look better.

The product materials are fine, zipper seems usual pillow quality.The picture on the sequins is pretty awful because it looks like they shifted after printing, so a bunch of unprinted white sequins show through. Wrecks the picture.Maybe a lighter picture would work better? I think black sequins underneath might have worked better with this one, or figuring out a way to print on more of the sequins so that when they shift, the white, unprinted sequin doesn't show through. This picture is the perfect distance to view the photo on the pillow; any farther or closer, and it becomes so garbled you can't tell what it is.

I received the order 2 weeks after ordering it which was 10 days before Christmas and found defects in the printing as shown in the picture. After reporting this to the third party vendor and saying that it was supposed to be a gift for Christmas they said they would replace it. Indeed, they did and I received it in time for the holiday. The replacement was very good but not perfect, nonetheless was very well received and very cute. So, I would have to give very high marks for customer service but was not happy with the quality control necessitating the redo in the first place. Overall, I was satisfied with this purchase and the novelty personalized gift was a hit.

I did not expect these pillow cases to be high quality, but I did expect the sequence to move to reveal the picture. Half of the sequence will not flip. One half of the pillow flips both ways the other half will not lay flat either way. I could have thought it was a fluke but I got 2 pillows with 2 different picture and they both have the same issue.

Purchased it as a memorial gift and had it sent directly to the individual receiving it. I thought it came as a pillow but it was just the case. However, they were touched and really loved it! Thanks!

1) It was late- that was understandable due to Covid- it arrived Christmas Eve2) it was a pillow case not a pillow- picture was misleading 3) the picture was extremely dark, there were tiny pieces , all over the pillow case , missing4) it was not given as a gift. 😞

I got this for my mom's birthday present & I freaking love this! She's gonna flip when she sees this!
