Performance matches the description, serving two 3-ft and one 4-ft fountains.
We have three faux rock columns in which each has a fountain. Two have 3-ft rise and one has 4-ft rise. This pump is providing exactly the flow that we sought. For the technical-minded, AC power demand is 0.8 Amp, roughly 90 Watts. We cannot comment yet on pump life, as we have only a week of operation so far.

Great water flow
I have purchased other pumps and this is by far the best!I am a professional landscaper and have built several waterfalls. Love this pump!

Okay pump and improving.
This a pond pump used to circulate the water. Parts are mostly plastic and tend to break. However now some of the parts have changed to metal like the impeller shaft. Smart move.

4 months isn't worth the money
I have had a fish pond for many years and for the past 10 years have had a pump that was a workhorse. It started making quite a bit of noise so I decided to replace it with this one. Four months later I put it back in the water because this one just quit. No warning, no second chances. Even while this one was working, it make more noise than I was comfortable with. I probably have deaf fish now.I noticed yesterday that this pump is no longer available on Amazon when you search for "Beckett Pond Pump". That's a good thing. I just wish some of the other people who also had trouble with the pump had already posted their reviews before I purchased this one. I would never have considered it if I had any warning.I am NOT a happy customer!

I've had this pump since Sept. 2012 and paid $60 it doesn't owe me anything. It's run dry and clogged an still keeps ticken. I'm going to buy a backup before the price gets any higher it's up to $79 -don't tell me there isn't any inflation. hopefully the new one will last as long as the old one.

not dependable
I have used these for small waterfall. Works well but only last a couple of years I've updated my rating as they don't last even through their warranty period. I had 3 now in less than 2 years. One was replaced under warranty and going now for my second warranty replacement. There is also a 5 dollar charge to replace.
