Addison Ross, Shell Photo Frame, 8x10, Mother of Pearl & Silver, 8 x 10 Inches

This frame is gorgeous! The shell is beautifully inlaid, creamy white with no brown or dark flecks. The shell pieces sit smooth in the frame, nice solid glass, black velvet on the back with a ribbon on the stand to help keep it sturdy. I needed it for a 5X7 photo, so I purchased a matte from Hobby Lobby for $2.99 that fit perfectly! I ordered this frame for myself, however it would be perfect for gift giving! Inside the box the frame comes in, it was wrapped with foam and tissue paper folded very nicely. I say that in case anyone is thinking of shipping directly as a gift, it was also packaged with a lot of bubble wrap and paper around it. Only drawback is it's not available on Amazon Prime and took 2 weeks to receive, however it was well worth the wait!!

The ivory (shell) frame is an elegant addition to my Ancestor's picture collection. This one was for my parent's wedding pic from 1946. It is different from my gold and silver frames and yet retains the character of the era. Love this. It came very well wrapped and in a very sturdy box.

This was a birthday present to frame a family photo. The shell and silver were a perfect, subtle complement, and the slender borders didn't overpower the faces - as is often the case.

Beautiful frame. Nicely made. Classic. did not pay close enough attention to description. I thought the mother of pearl border would be wider. For the price, I assumed the border would be much wider. I still like it.
