I haven't used this product yet, but am really looking forward to using it. Storing it in the fridge since this is nut-based. So glad that nut-based products like this are being made, so those like me can enjoy a "panko-like" product that does not contain bread, bread crumbs, etc.

So yummy!! I need gluten free and in my search for more breadcrumbs my local grocery stopped caring, I found these. As someone who struggles with protein, these are a welcome bonus. So much better than empty calorie breadcrumbs. I bought most flavors, but have only tried the lemon pepper so far. The coconut curry arrived today and I'm excited to try them. Can't wait to try different flavor combinations and experiment with recipes. Highly recommend these.
