I have severe lower back pain. I've used creams, I've used braces. This legitimately works for me. For three to four days, it helps with my back pain. I have to ask my brother to help me put it on, but once it's there it really does work well.

I have horrible lower back pain that's just above my hips. It affects my ability to walk when it flairs up. No brace, support straps, etc. can target the specific area to provide relief. I remembered a physical therapist using kinesiology tape on my abdomen a few years and it helped alot. I won't lie, I was skeptical about this and other pre-cut patches, but because I've been so desperate for temporary relief until I see my back specialist I tried this. It really works and helped a ton! I was able to put in on myself- though I must have looked really bizarre to my cat because of the bending that's required when applying. The only downside is that there is only 1 patch for the price. But since the tape lasts multiple days that won't prevent me from repurchasing.

I have used this tape before at physical therapy for my carpal tunnel and tendonitis. It always worked so well for that condition. I am a young disabled woman, with most of my pain radiating from my Degenerative Disc Disease & nerve damage in my lower back. So when I saw this product, and read the other varying reviews, I took a shot and ordered it.It DOES stay on over a week, regardless of sweat, bathing, or tossing and turning in your sleep.HOWEVER, the material made my skin itch after a few days, and became annoying. The WORST part was that it did not work at all! I wasn't expecting much, but was still disappointed. I felt absolutely NO relief! NO support! NO strength! This was a TOTAL waste of money! It's better to use "the green strap" and stretch for relief, support, and strength. That give real results for real pain and real problems!GOOD LUCK TO ALL

I bought these for my self and my mother-in-law. After using them for pain in our backs neither one of us were able to tell any difference in pain and they provided absolutely no relief. This is a waste of money for anyone who was wondering if they work.

Didn't really help at all. I thought it did at first, but it was just tape on my back after the first few hours.

An okay product, it is not a wide, as I would like.

This thing really works. A bit hard to put it on but it really works. You can even take a shower with it on. Keep it on for days and the pain will slip away.
