I brought this to help with severe shoulder and neck pain, before this I was begging friends and family to dig their elbows into my neck and shoulder to release my pain but not any longer because this back nodger is amazing it has released it every time, its like getting a deep tissue massage without paying lots of money! I highly recommend buying one.
