Second orderโฆstill defective
Update: The seller took care of my problem beyond my expectations. I feel comfortable saying you can feel secure working with this seller and giving their product a try. Iโm very happy with my purchase. I got this rebounder a few weeks ago. I liked it but the fabric on the jumping surface was torn and I knew I was going to go right through it. The box was beat to Hell as well and Iโm pretty sure it had been used before. I exchanged it for one that wouldnโt possibly kill me. The latest one has a bent leg and the spring cover is missing. Iโm really tired of putting this stuff together and then taking it apart and packing it up again and returning it. So frustrating!!!!! Poor quality control. I have not heard back from the seller. Iโll update when I do.

Great fun!
I purchased this rebounder right after I purchased my vibration plate. Iโm really trying to safely get rid of toxins, drop a few pounds, increase my energy level, and tone up my 60 year old body. For the most part it was easy to put togetherโฆ Until it came to the handlebar. Yikes! The instructions on the instruction sheet are terrible at showing you exactly how to put that part together. I am going to create a video to make it easier for people to see the details because that alone took me about two hours to do. But itโs working just fine and Iโm super happy I have it! The stability feels good. Doing the health bounce is comforting. I feel safe. And itโs fun for adults and children.

Very sturdy
I got this as a gift for my father and he absolutely loves it! He uses it everyday and it's very sturdy!! The size is pretty average, not too small but not too big, it fits perfectly in his spare room.

Fell apart in RECORD time
My kids LOVE to jump on trampolines. We just moved to a fancy schmancy golf course community where we cant have a big trampoline outside. That and we live in South FL where it is always hot and humid outside. So, we have gone through the gambit with "personal" indoor trampolines. We have been averaging needing a new trampoline about every 2 months. We have tried ones that use the bungee cords. They don't last. We tried buying a very expensive one made by an American company, and that one did not last. I really do not know why we cant find a trampoline that could last at least 6 months, but apparently, this is not possible. The trampoline that lasted the longest had metal springs and that's why we bought this one. This trampoline did not last even 2 weeks. The metal is so flimsy and cheap that the hooks/loops for the mat broke. My kids are both tall for their age but my daughter (who jumps the most) is 5'10" and weighs about 150 (we are big ppl. Im female and am 5'10" and her father, my hubby is 6'7" and over 300 lbs but has never set foot on this or any other trampoline due to his size). This trampoline advertises itself as a "heavy duty" one with a weight rating of a max load of 450lbs. 3x!!! what my daughter weighs. Now, I have to pack it up, drive down to Whole Foods, buy another and set it up. Annoying. But I should look on the bright side. I saw that it was broken and was able to return it right away and most importantly my kids DID NOT GET HURT. G*d forbid I missed seeing the broken loops and it failed. It could be so much worse. Maybe pass on this one, especially if you have kids.

Easy to install-patience is required!!!
The initial shipment was delayed and when it finally arrived the corner of the package was severely damaged and open. Upon further examination of the package contents there were 4 of the 6 short legs missing. I contacted Kensone thru Amazon and filed a claim. Kensone responded very quickly and resolved the issue by replacing the unit. I was surprised that they did not send me just the missing legs. Now I have 2 tramps but only one that I can use. I looked at the Kensone website and ordered replacement legs for the the other tramp but have not received that order and it has been over a week. The tramp is easy to unfold. Installing the spring guard is a little more difficult and if you have two extra hands is very helpful. The additional handlebar (option) is difficult to determine how it is installed. The directions are not very easy to understand. After the handlebar is installed it will need to be removed if you plan to fold the tramp for storage reasons. The handlebar is not that securely attached to the frame based on the directions for installation. It is very wobbly and does not clamp tightly to the frame. The rebound of the tramp appears to be good. Get the 48" unit if you are an adult. Overall the guild quality is good for the price. There is room for improvement related to instructions and the handlebar option attachment.

Very poor quality product
After my 11 years old son, 31 KG boy used for 3 months, 3 springs were already broken, and it is unusable. Itโs waste money.

Transparency in dealing.
I liked the size of the trampoline, but I disliked the strength of the rubber bands which I was not able to install them and the instability of the legs.

Missing the second row of screws.
This doesnโt come with the small second row of screws in the instructions, but fortunately the medium screws in the top row work
