Q: Will this product work as a load box for an amplifer without a headphone jack?

A small 5 to 10 watt amp maybe?. Anything else will either cook the amp or device.

Q: Is there a rack mount attachment?

No there is not a rack mount attachments. It’s pretty small unit, I find that you need unobstructed access to the front, rear, and top changing the settings with each recording project. Having said all that, I’m sure there is a way to mount it if you are good with your hands. I just wouldn’t see the value in doing so. This unit works great for recording but not a very good live option.

Q: Can anyone recommend a battery pack for this? my anker 20000 pd doesn't seem to be compatible, it won't try to power the amp.

You can use a 5V 1A mobile phone charger that meets safety standards and CE or UL certifications.

Q: Does this work outside of the us (220v) or only inside the us (110v) when plugged into a wall outlet?

Yes, power supply indicates " 100 - 240 V, 50/60 hz.. so you're good to go, unit output 5vdc, 200 milliamp
