Difficult to stick
Not as effective as I had hoped and difficult to get them to adhere to the back strap of my sandals.

Waist of time.
These are a great idea and very comfortable to use. Only one snag, they are supposed to be sticky so they stick into shoes. They do not stick, if you take shoe off they come off too. A good price if they worked.
