Kids love this, got this one and one in red. Hold a charge well and speakers are pretty clear.

Very good hoverboard. Last long. My grandson love it. I like that it’s different and stands out. Durable and good quality.

The first ride went great. The problem happened after i recharged it. The hoverboard didn't work right anymore. It was off balance, wheels kept turning, platform wouldn't stay on top, etc. I messed with it. Not sure exactly what i did right, but it works again. (I tilted the platform upwards like it's supposed to be, and held it tight while it was trying to tilt etc. All of a sudden it moved properly again.) We've been babying it since then, keeping it level while carrying it etc. So far, so good.

Here I am morning of my son’s birthday and this thing won’t ever charge. Piece of junk. It’s what my son wanted and now I’m screwed!

I bought this a few weeks before my grandson's 10th birthday. The day of his party (a Saturday) we charged it, as in the instruction and he was very excited to use it. By Tuesday it would no longer charge. Since I bought it a few weeks earlier, I almost missed the window of returning it. However, the return was very easy and a replacement was shipped the next day - received it within 3 days. So far (fingers crossed) the hoverboard has been charging and the grandson loves it :-) Gave it only 4 stars due to the 'lemon' we received at first.

I ordered this for my grandson, and upon receiving the charging port, it was loose. I was not able to charge the unit, so I returned it for a replacement. When the replacement was received I was still not able to charge the unit. I am now in the process of getting a refund, but I must wait until the board is received by the supplier. Hoping it goes smoothly.

My 10 year old son loved the hoverboard but it stopped working the day after Christmas. We watched videos and was on with tech support to recalibrate it but ended up needing to return it. They are sending a replacement but it wont be here till February ended up buying him a Hover-1 that already got here and he loves it.

My son received this as a Christmas gift. After using it a few times in our basement, never taken outside, it’s topped calibrating and stopped working. Bad product don’t waste your time purchasing this item.
